EXPERIENCE
Most of my career has been spent leading marketing organizations through different stages of growth.
I knew pretty early that I wanted to work in marketing. I studied it at Lehigh University, then started my career as a copywriter.
As marketing became more measurable, I learned demand, analytics and the mechanics of growth without losing the creative lens I started with. That combination has shaped how I lead: find the clearest idea, build the system around it and make sure the work produces real business impact.
I’ve applied that approach across very different stages of growth, from helping scale a business from under $10M to more than $180M in revenue, to repositioning companies, creating new categories and building what marketing needed next.
Location-based marketing and advertising technology
I joined GroundTruth (xAd at the time) as a Director and grew with the business, taking on global marketing responsibility across eight countries in North America, EMEA and APAC before ultimately becoming SVP and leading the marketing organization as revenue scaled from under $10M to more than $180M.
Over that time, my remit expanded across brand, positioning, product marketing, demand, communications, content, digital and sales enablement. The work included helping to reposition and rebrand the company as GroundTruth, launching new products and commercial models, building a proprietary insights engine and creating marketing systems that could support a much larger business.
Selected work:
SVP Marketing
AI-powered ecommerce conversion and personalization
I joined ZineOne at a point where the technology was strong but the market story wasn’t yet sharp enough.
I led the repositioning and rebrand to Session AI, built the new category around in-session marketing, and rebuilt the company’s identity, website, messaging and go-to-market around that idea.
Selected work:
Independent marketing consultancy and fractional leadership
After Session AI, I founded Argentum & Co. to work directly with CEOs and leadership teams on positioning, growth and go-to-market challenges.
The work often meant stepping in as a fractional marketing leader during periods of growth or change, connecting strategy to execution across positioning, demand, product marketing and sales alignment.
Xurrent: Helped reposition the business and rebuild its GTM and demand-generation approach, contributing to 176% quarter-over-quarter growth in qualified pipeline.
Big Happy: Developed positioning and go-to-market strategy as the company scaled, alongside approximately 40% revenue growth.

Earlier in my career
I started out in the advertising world and spent the early part of my career closer to the creative side of marketing, learning how to find the idea, sharpen the message and make complicated things easier to understand.
As my roles expanded, so did my view of marketing. I moved beyond the words and creative into strategy, digital, demand and the mechanics of growth. That foundation still shapes how I work today: strong marketing needs both a compelling idea and a system that can turn it into business impact.
